Start All Over Again....

Life isn t about waiting for the storm to pass...its learning to dance in the rain :-) My life is out of HIS grace. Leaning on HIS mercies. No ability of mine , it is all HIM(JESUS). "I'm a poster boy for the criminally insane!!!" Love doesn't make the world go round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile. Above are some status messages that caught my eyes when i surfing some orkut profiles and checking gtalk status.... No idea what everyone thinking abt... anyway i like the first one..... Wanted to write about many things like 1. Review for the movies Slumdog Millionaire, Forrest Gump etc... (Particularly about a scene where Tom Hanks get to know his son and asking his girlfriend "Is he smart?"... He reflected me for a second in screen...) 2. My trip to Vaishno Devi temple in J&K 3. Sever fog levels in Delhi & Gurgoan 4. My review of the year 2008 on personal, professional and General fronts.. 5. Reconciliation of my 2008 resolutions vs Actuals 6...

Merry Krishtmas

Its been 20 days since i post my last blog. Between these 2 blogs, so many things changed in my outward perspective and the environment around me. Moved my base from Chennai to Gurgoan. Went on to my first trip to the beautiful Kashmir state to worship Vaishno Devi. Changed/Added few more contact numbers to me. Got a new boss. Got a new task. Few things which i wanted to write here.... 1. My adventurous journey to office in full packed auto rickshaws and in Cycle rickshaws. The local commutation is still a problem in this city. 2. My first ride in horse from Vaishno Devi temple to Katra (The city from where we need to climb to Vaishno Devi. Will write more abt my trip later.. Anyway one more Christmas is over.... Somewhere i read a conspiracy that Jesus Christ and Lord Krishna are misinterpreted as different persons, but they are same by taking the timelines and the common features... 1. Both of them were shepherds 2. Both of them sermon people sitting on mountains 3. And so many commo...

Mruthyorma Amirtham Gamaya

I guess the bad phase/year of mine, my family and my country is over. But the predictions in Guru Peyarchi for the coming year says its gonna be more worse. Anyway I take the standard deviation logic from the prediction for my case. And soon I may need to evaluate the effectiveness of my new year resolution for 2008. Most of us already analysed about the Mumbai terror attacks exhaustively and made statements elaborately. But my question is what we are going to do after this? Who is assuring that there wont be anymore such incidents? All of us need to check our back once more whether we have a bone in that area... Last week incidents that will potentially stay in mind for a long time... 1. Floods in chennai... The massive sea like water in 100 feet road near Koyambedu... 2. Rescue operations in Mumbai... 3. Checking the pulse of my Great Grand Mom to check whether she is alive or not immediately after her soul left the body and not sure about declaring her as dead... Carrying her bo...

PIT STOP is over

Amid a series of unfortunate events in the family, I am at my heights of patience, looking for a positive change and floating myself in the stream. But i am not able to decide what i need, what i want, what i should do, what i should not do, How to do, how not to do etc. Sometimes my problem is the intention of getting into everything, Sometimes the problem of not acting quickly for anything. Anyway i think my waiting period in the pit stop is over for the next phase. Now need to gear up and need to accelerate more to regain the time and energy lost. People around me showed the signs that I am a Loser and incapable or reduced to incapable. People who had trust in me now looking for alternatives or found my replacement already. So its the time to get back to my good old days with lots of energy, real smile and vibrant. Even somehow i managed to turn myself from being a bad expressionist, now a days i can easily switch off and switch on my expressions whenever i need. I've learnt th...

Vaaranam Aayiram - Movie Review

First of all I congratulate the entire Vaaranam aayiram team for the wonderful effort that trying to take indian cinema to a next level. Special kudos to Director Gautam Vasudev Menon, Music Director Harris Jayaraj,Cameraman Rathnavelu and Surya. Efoorts of these people are very much noticeable in the movie. It has the equal mix of family sentiment, romance, action and music. Eventhough the style of the screen play reminds the english movie Forrest Gump, it requires courage to try out it in the indian cine industry with this kind of budget. It also resembles the tamil movie "Autograph" in some scenes. Since the style of screen play and the language is most suitable forthe educated audiences, the movie will get a mixed review from Average to Excellent. But there will not be any negative comments. The movie explains the father-son relationship and son's admiration about his father which he never thought of before the death of his father. Surya has played both father and so...

What got you here wont get you there...

Its raining heavily in trichy today... But I am in Chennai.... I couldn't be there for when I needed there... Work makes me to skip my personal duties... Or my conciousness about the work making me to skip my personal duties? Again and again Deaths only making us to feel the uncertainity in the world... Anyway on a lighter side, i see these new "fun quotes" of my funny friends in my gtalk The Financial Situation At The Moment Is So Bad That Women, Finally, Are Now Marrying For Love!! don't drink and drive you might spill your beer. The title for the post is "Suttathu" (Stolen) from a book which i saw in a platform book vendor near Spencer Plaza.... I didn't notice the author...If they get a publisher, these people will write whatever they think after they drink....as if they invented one big management practice.... Show me the meaning....

For the past few days i am jumping into water in different sources other than bath room shower due to the demise of my grandma...Today i got a chance to dip myself into cauvery once again after a long time... It was fun... But same time the place (Amma Mandapam) was crowded as today being the first day of the tamil month "Kaarthigai" ( i guess???) The view was more photogenic with the rockfort temple from the banks....Many people came to perform the eternal rites to their dead family members... Most of them, performing this for namesake... I doubt whether these rituals has meaning in the current context....???????? I am not an aethist though... still some of the routines we are following are questionable, meaningless(?) and outdated.... One more thing that came to my mind that people want other people to blabber and speak rubbish just to prove they are jovial.... No one talk straight or I dont understand the art of making some conversation...??? Got to catch my bus to Chenn...

One more look and I forget everything

Today my day started with this new song "Adiye Kolluthay" from Vaaranam Aayiram. They aired it on Isai Aruvi. The shots are really good and Sameera Reddy is stunning... I am planning to give my top favourite to Ms.Reddy by replacing Kajol.... Reddy is too too attractive and at the same time she looks not so great like Rai Bachans... Hope she gonna act more tamil films... Then my motor bike ride to the village where my grand mom's cremation happened yesterday. The ride was very good as the climate, road conditions and the scenaries on the way are perfect and enchanting. I got my father on the pillion during the ride and his constant professional assistance to me on the technical details on how to ride the bike sounded funny to me... He acted as if he is riding the bike from the pillion.... Anyway i've enjoyed his company... Today i've became a bone collector literally.... Its kind of scary and interesting to collect the bones of my grand mom from the cremation ya...

This little part of my life is called CHAOS

Other people in your life may seem elusive today. When you talk with them, you may not be absolutely sure of what they are saying. You might even begin to wonder if there's something wrong with you because you cannot connect fully with someone you like. Considering what you can do to make any relationship better is a healthy action. Nevertheless, avoid getting hung up on a miscommunication now, for it will likely resolve itself in the days ahead. By Rick Levine Friday, November 7, 2008 more from Tarot.com » Due to some look-good horoscope gadgets in iGoogle, now a days I have started reading the predictions for my sun sign. Its now a Habit to read and start the work… The above said predictions are for my sun sign … I just don’t know whether to believe them or not… But its good to read… Anyway find out my Sun Sign with the prediction…. For the first five correct entries, I am planning to send a special gift from “Vettiyaa Ukkanthu Blog Padikkum Sangam” (Association for Idle Blog R...

Ray of Hope

As most of us expected, we got our man on white House. This is the beginning for the change. Not the change itself. People say Indian firms will get affected due to Obama's outsourcing policy. We need not fear worry about it, because there is less number of people in the world's job market to do the kind of job Indians doing. Probably there will be a surge in number of H1Bs to fill the jobs there. One more factor is that even US has their own Human Resource to their needs, the population is geographically dispersed. So it will be tough to assemble their Human Resource in one place than migrating people from other countries. What are the Changes we (I) expect from the new Democratic President are ->Pull out troops from Iraq and use them for reconstruction / security of US. ->Help Afghanistan to have a democracy without any interference. ->Reduce the Petro Dollar Dictatorship and Promote Alternate Energy policies. ->Stop selling arms/weapons to any country. ->Regul...

Sarvam Krishnaarpanam

We alaways concentrating on the benefits and the pleasures available in the destination, so we ignore the unexplored zones and the beautiful landscapes on the way to the destination. We are wasting time on changing the song/FM station on the Car Music System throughout our journey instead of waiting for a good song to come on the playlist. We are constantly changing the TV channels and end up in frustration of not getting a good programme. But we are not ready to wait for the advertisements to end and some good programmes to start. Most of the times, we forget the motive of our journey. We spoil our journey in the pursuit of finding a place to sit and eat our packed food for the journey. We are not ready to leave the home made food and not in a mood to try a different kind of food on the way. We forget that the food is to eat when we are hungry during the journey and journey is not to complete all the packed food. We go to temples, perform rituals and associate ourself to a religious g...

एक चोटी सी लव स्टोरी

Hey My name is Krishna... Third Year B.Sc Computer Science student. Now I am @ the bus stop. I was waiting in the bus stop for the last 25 minutes without taking the last 3 buses. All three were less crowded and some seats were empty. Still I am waiting for that 123 KDS bus to come. KDS is the second largest bus service after Government run bus service in this town. All its buses has extra cushioned seats and music systems to entertain the passengers. But my motive for waiting for that bus is not due to these value added services. It is because of the person always sitting in the front seat. The curly hair and the smiling eyes attracted me a lot. I am ready to do anything for this beauty. The name is Radha. If Radha agree, I am ready to elope from home also. I have motivated myself that today i need to propose to Radha at any cost. When I am thinking about the good times we had in the same 123 KDS bus for the last 1 year 4 months and 21 days, i can hear the horn sound from the corner. ...

After a Short Break

Its good to be back in chennai for some time. Wanted to write a lot of things. But couldn't manage to find time between friends, family, work and their tortures. Someo f the things i have noticed to write 1. Sign Boards in Malayalam in Muscat Airport. Felt good. 2. Train Reservation Form in Malayalam/English in Trichy. Little weird. 3. SKIP 5 - Who Am I?

If anyone asks me SKIP 5 Level of your identity and Who are you? Definitely I will say that I am a student at my sixth level of identity. Let me explain this here. As a confused reader of Bhagavat Gita who failed to finish the book at least once, I somehow believe that all embodied beings are non-different in their essence and the seeming differences which appear are due to distinctive attributes and any seeming perception of inequality is due to delusion. So whatever I am thinking/writing about myself are my attributes and not about me. Level 1: Obviously it is my name along with my father's name as the usual practice of identifying a person in most part of the world. I feel that our parents’ attributes and reputation also influence our identity in initial stages. And most of the time we acquire some contrasting attributes from our parents'. Level 2: I am an Indian. Now days I am wearing this nationality tag/attribute to me because recently I am traveling...

You Dont mess with me....

Sometimes I happened to see some good movies over the week days too... This week day i got to see these spectacular movies.. I recommend these movies for you... 1. The Bank Job (2008)- A Jason Statanham starrer UK based movie and about a Bank Robbery happened in 1971 and the conspiracies about it. Viewer discretion is required as some of the scenes are not suitable for children and family viewing. Based on a true story. 2. October Sky (1999)- This movie, i could not remember the actors. But very inspiring story of a kid from Coalwood, Georgia whose father is an engineer in coal mine. But this kid want to become a rocket scientist and how he make his dream true against his father's wish of working in mines. It also based on a true story. Kids must see it. 3. The pursuit of happyness (2006)- Will smith at his best in his own production in this movie. The movie inspired by a true story of a sales man who is selling a bone density scanner which is an improved version of X-ray scanner....

Miracles

I got one more favourite dialogue recently. Something goes like this "The teen ager Saying No to drugs and Saying Yes to Education is miracle. A single mom working on two jobs and yet find time to take his kid to football practice is a miracle. All the power to make miracle is with you. but still you want me to do miracles for you" - statement by God as Morgan Freeman to Bruce Nolan as Jim Carrey in Bruce Almighty. This is my favourite movie of this week among others like "Janne Na Ya Jaane Tu", "Goal" and "Ladri Di Biciclette". "Jaane Na Ya Jaane Tu" is again a story of confused adolescent kids those who dont know how to select their partners and keep on changing their mind about best over others. They keep confusing everyone and make someone as "Bakraa". There is no much difference from "Jab We Met". "Dhan Dhanaa Dhan Goal" - It is an attempt to mimic the "Chak De India" and they miserably ...

Apologies to Chef Community

I wish to give a disclaimer here that I am doing these recipie posts not with any intentions to compete against famous people like Mallika Badrinath or Sanjeev Kapoor or Gordon Ramsay... Do what you Love to Do...

After reading ~V~ mindhacker's latest blog , I am thinking about what I can do about changing my dull bored life to make more interesting... What else I can do? Really I love to cook... And when i see some of my friends struggling to make some basic items like Sambar and Rasam which are very necessary to survive in earth for the tamilians and the motivating factor to go back to India at any point of time, I feel i can help them by providing my own Easy Guide Recipie for them... Probably it will make me more proud if someone learn how to make Sambar and eat well after reading my recipie than the satisfaction I am deriving out of my job which i am doing only for money.... And one more info here about a term calle "Gastro Sexual"... When a person who can hook the partner for a love making through his/her cooking skills is known as a Gastro Sexual.. So guys can try this especially when your partner is very tired after her office work or when she is not feeling so good.. I don...

Hibernation...

After trying this blogger draft, i understood only after 3 attempts that its not automatically saving my posts whenever i type. Last week i was trying to post one of my post about some "bribing culture in india". Due to some interruptions i was compelled to move out of the page and it did not saved automatically. In usual blogger, it will be automatically saved and we can edit it in the future. Ok enough of technical details... But anyway i think i am running out of topics to write. So i couldn't think about any useful things... You can ask me whether i am writing useful thing? I dont know.. Really i dont know why i am writing these blogs... So I am testing the blogger in draft features. I wanted to consolidate my other blog http://shaggyshivam.blogspot.com/ to this blog. Because most of my friends reading only this blog... So i have downloaded all those posts in xml format and imported here. So i am going to close down the shaggyshivam side... Basically its a hibernat...

The Butterfly Effect

Recently acquired sun tan, job responsibilities and the usual interest of watching movies kept me away from blogging. This week i watched so many movies. Out of that 3 movies are worth mentioning. 1. Anjaathey - Tamil 2. Dasaavathaaram - Tamil 3. The Butterfly Effect - English I have to admit that the possibility of watching these movies came with the help of internet based resources only. Otherwise there is no way for me to watch those movies in this remote country. I suggest we can use this internet in more positive way for movies with online demand of movies for a price. It can create a new market and can elminate the piracy. About the movies, Anjaathey is an excellent movie with a fine screenplay. The director Myskin impressed once again. His last (i think) movie 'Chitthiram Pesuthadi' was a great movie for a debutant. In his "Anjaathey", he portrayed a typical Police Quarters area and the characteristics of the boys of policemen. In some scenes, he visualised ...

Loose Yourself

Sharm El Sheik, The place where you can loose yourself and your inhibitions.... “Sharm” meaning point between two cracks and “El Sheikh” meaning wise man referring to the Bedouin tribe leaders... The place filled with fun. Its located in the tip of the Sinai Peninsula region of Egypt. Its a holiday destination for europe and russian tourists. It has a swanky medium sized international airport connecting to various destinations in europe and africa. We can see more russian, serbian, greek and bulgarian tourists here. Most of them struggle to speak english. This city made me loose myself in it... It made me say 'Enough Dancing' which i never said in the past... It made me loose my nationality and the national habit of staring at foreign chicks with summer clothes (eventhough some of them are top less) It made me loose 'myself' in the water and taught me how to float... (at final when i landed some coral reefs gave me scratches in the feet) It made me loose myself with a s...

Everyone is talking about inflation. And suddenly today its reached 11.05 in india at 13 year high. So whatever i bought for 100 bucks last year, this year i am gonna pay 111.05 for the same. I guess my calculation is right, unless otherwise blame it on my 11th standard economics teacher. It has global impact also. In UK its somewhere around 4 %. So what we gonna do now? Here is my advice for everyone.. its free... and free to distribute.. 1. Use your tooth paste completely. If the tube looks flat, dont believe it, squeeze it with the help of a key and then use it... 2. Dont unnecessarily subscribe to gym, just because to tell your friends that you work out in a costly gym. You subscribe it for quarterly or annualy, but visit the gym occassionally. Its better to do some floor excercises in home itself. And dont do any non sense by buying gym gears like wrist band, head band etc... 3. Eat a normal break fast and dont waste food. 4. Go to work in public transport than using your car. If ...

Be the Change

Now its almost half history made. As expected our man Obama clinched the nomination title for democratic party. Today i happened to see a news that there was a prayer conducted in Jhandewalan Hanuman Temple, Delhi, India for Obama to win the election. It shows how much charisma he got. As sureveys indicate he is leading as of now. If there is no speculations and no withdrawal of support from media, its sure that he gonna be the next president. Almost worldwide people are expecting that. This election going to be very crucial for the world economy, and not only for the US. So all my american friends, save the entire world by voting for Obama.

Don't walk as if you rule the world, walk as if you don't care who rules the world! It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend. You have no idea what I am capable of. People who have tried to cross me, have lived to regret it... Mohammed Mounir & Harris Jayaraj

I sincerely apologise to my worldwide fan club for not writing anything here for the past one week.. he heh ehhe he... I can recall the scene from a Vadivelu comedy where he performs his magic show with only 3 people who came inside to escape the heat and he talks like as if there are some thousands of people in the hall. yes Kirigaalan Magic show..... i think the movie name is Rendu. The reason for not writing here is sudden flow of more responsibilities and sudden urge for more fun and developing an ambiguity tolerance.... All reasons are conflicting... anyway i wanted to write about my second trip to Alexandria.... This time i saw the same city in a new angle... Because i went to this city with my new friend from the same city... the hospitality and the fun offered by him and his comrades are awesome and heartwarming... I ate this new food called Wara Ainab, rice stuffed inside Grape Leaves, the only vegetarian food i got to eat in a Sea Food joint.... and i got some spaghetti too....

Whats the Problem?

1. When someone say "I like you very much", if you dont know what to say or how to react, what is your problem? 2. When someone say "I dont want you in my life", if you nod your head in agreement and continue your work, what is your problem? 3. When someone say "You did a good job and so we gonna give you a better pay and a promotion", if you say "Ok Thank you" and cut the phone, what is your problem? 4. When someone say "You got an attitude and I saw so many people like this and these kind of people can better quit than complaining", if you think "ok this guy got an inferiority complex and blabbering" and continue your drink, what is your problem? 5. When someone say "You are my best friend", if you dont give any reaction, then what is your problem?

New Heart...

Today when i returned to Hotel Room, after without nothing much to do in office, I have noticed that the room was so clean and neat than anyother day. Some special skilled staff should have made up the room. I liked the way my crystal chain arranged in the table which i forgot to wear after my bath. Found a new heart for me. I like the person who did it for his/her (no.. no.. his) artistic work and the enthusiasm and joy of the job.
