This week is almost a period of hibernation filled with full of inactivity due to Eid holidays and the best chance to refresh my body system and the thought process. One of these days, I have been to Al Ain, another emirate in the UAE along with few work mates. We visited the Zoo and then to mount Hafeet. The zoo was very crowded due to holidays. But well maintained. Only problem is the climate. I am not sure whether all of these animals can sustain this heat. Most of them are very tired by posing to camera clad creatures outside their cage.   Mount Hafeet is a nice place to hang around and watch the city from the top. In the night, it was bit cold as it is the start of winter. But this small place also overcrowded due to holidays. All workers majority from Pakistan flooded the place. Most of them with white pyjama kurtha which resembles the typical pathan style of pakistan and afghanistan. Each group of people started dancing with traditional folk music from their car stereos. While I start to miss my dear wife, I just decided to make a playlist with my favourite songs. The first 12 songs that came to my mind based on the current mood appeared in my first music playlist here... Dedicated to my wifey... When I look at the list, most of them are not from the top layer of the music directors like Rahman or Haaris or Ilayaraja. So surely there are more talents in tamil industry and the top music directors are not giving songs for a day today mood... Their music is little expensive, seasonal and for special occasions only. The past 10 months has been a different experience for me in personal life. I have spent a life full of emotions and extreme love which are very distant to me in the past. I am trying hard to display some emotions in my conversations, in my body language and in my actions. But however I try hard, its still not enough. Anger and Frustration are the easiest emotions to express. I am still trying and will learn one day. In official career there are not much challenges or changes except the location change from UK to Dubai. Health is deteriorating day by day. Suffering from a severe ulcer and combating a serious sleeping disorder. Tomorrow is the election day here in UK. When looking at the election debates and the campaigns as an outsider, we can analyse who is the most promising candidate for the PM job. As we dont know much about the UK political system, so far we thought its a two party politics. We mainly know only the Labour and the Conservatives. But recently we came to know about the Liberal Democratics and BNPs. As BNP is not in the big picture with a racist label on them, its only current ruling party Labour, Conservatives (Tories) and Liberal Democratics led by Gordon Brown, David Cameron and Nick Clegg respectively. So much things happened in the past one month, so many perceptions of mine has changed, so many new learnings (good and bad) gained. At least a marriage can be the cause of all these stuffs. Google introduced buzz and giving me a hope of online collaboration at a single screen. Just they can get the orkut also inside or they can merge orkut and buzz into one... And just finished reading the '2 states' by Chetan Bhagat. Very funny and compelling. The thought of uniting india with inter state marriages itself fascinating. As I am writing this post, I am stuck in a cage of mystic emotions which is not allowing me to burst out or not allowing me to shout at anyone. People think that they are smart. I've already posted a blog in the name of 3 idiots, So I am taking this title to do a short review of the film . As I was reading the dispute among the 3 idiots crew and Chetan Bhagat, I thought the whole news was made up to boost the movie in the box office. But when I watched this movie today in Birmingham, i really believe that this movie doesn't need any media stunt to boost the viewer ship. One of the brilliant story which is brilliantly changed to match the expectations of a normal movie goer. I dont know how Aamir Khan picks up a success story all the time. Or he converting a normal story to a success story? But, to Chetan Bhagat's credit, Five Point Someone is already a success story in print media. Even by taking 2 to 5 percentage of the story, it assured you the same success. Whats a big deal in giving a credit to Chetan Bhagat when the titles thank Mukesh Ambani in a ADAG bannered movie? May the new year shower you with fine liquor and nice women...   My transformational year 2009 is just over. The year 2009 started in Gurgaon and ended at cheltenham with more twists. I've went through a rough patch intentionally or unintentionally to make myself more tough for the future. I am now very good at cutting short the crap. So now all set to see the northward shoot up. I guess 2009 is the year that i watched higher number of movies. Minimum 150 movies across different languages. So spent much time in isolation, without talking and with lots of observation. So this is the year that i need to convert my observations into action. Movies are my best teacher after books.  Recently watched movies that worth mentioning Rocket Singh - Simple storyline and a decent screen play.
