With the inspiration of sites like Endgadget, Gizmodo, Digital Inspiration etc., I am starting to write this post. I am not sure how I will end it... As a Open source supporter, I dumped the iphone 4 and went ahead with buying this Android powered Dell Streak from Carrefour. It came with Android 2.1 version. It was cool with the original version. But I wanted to upgrade it to 2.2 Froyo. It was a struggle to upgrade it to Android 2.2 Over the Air update as the device is not updated properly with the base band version and it belongs to Europe segment. With the help of a friend who jail breaks almost everything that he can, we found some tweaked version of 2.2 from XDA developer forum and updated it. After the upgrade, we got some new apps to use. But whatever the kind of apps that I thought are not yet stabilized for Android devices. My first purpose for buying a device with 2 sided cameras is to use video chat.
