Nothing Lasts Forever...

When I am floating myself in the stream of events happening around me, I am more relaxed. Things seems to be unusual. Its ok , let me handle it in my own way.... After reading the last post of ~V~, some thoughts came on mind... 1. Each and every person who come into our life is coming for a reason... They are coming with an agenda... 2. Someone come to spoil us with bad habits 3. Someone come to stop some of our bad habits 4. Someone come to teach us to pronounce the word "didn't" properly with a silent d. 5. Collaborate and Be Open to Kill cost

As we are in a world that is hot, flat, crowded and dearer, we are always trying to cut cost in all our businesses, particularly when our receivables are shrinking day by day due to recession and competition. There are so many other applications like Gchat, yahoo messenger etc. You can reduce the number of business travel...

"I think the idea that bosses will motivate employees is a mistake. It's more important to ask what motivates us than to wonder what motivates others. For me what is motivating is intimacy, full self-expression, idealism, and people talking about their experience with others listening deeply to what they are saying. This releases enormous energy. It's interesting that at meetings or learning events people often display far more energy during the breaks. I want that type of energy to be the norm when we work together" said Peter Block in an interview. The core idea of this book is somewhat similar to the book "The freedom and accountability at work" and when I googled the title, I found that Peter Block is the Co Author of that book. Both of these books underscore the...
