Since its a long time that i wrote a recipie, i want to share the Korma which I prepared last week.. You can name it as you like it after trying out...
______ Korma Recipie
Material Specification
4 big onions
5 big potatoes
5 tomatoes
10 garlic pieces
5 green chillies
1/2 coconut
5 Badam Nuts
Cooking Oil
Channa Dall, Mustard, Jeera, Spices, Currly Leaves, Coriander Leaves etc.
Pseudo Code
1. Chop 4 big onions in long shape.
2. Peel off potato skin and cut it in diamond shape (5 big potatoes)
3. Cut 5 tomatoes in to small pieces
4. Peel off 10 garlic pieces
5. Cut 5 green chillies in long shape
6. Cut half coconut in to small pieces and add 5 Badam. Grind them in a mixi by adding some water.
7. Put the Kadai in stove and pour 3 tea spoons of cooking oil. (As usual lit the stove)
8. Add 2 tea spoons each of channa Dhall, Mustard and Jeera in the kadai and fry it.
9. After they start frying add the onion, garlic and green chillies and fry it well.
10. Then add the chopped tomatoes and mix it well for some time...
11. Add 1 tea spoon of Mirchi powder, 1 tea spoon of Haldi Powder and 3 spoon of some Korma masala and 3 tea spoons of salt...
12. Mix it well and add 4 cups of water and boil it..
13. Taste the mix little bit and adjust the salt or spicy by adding more or diluting with water...
14. When this mix is boiling well add the chopped potatoes and wait for some time by keeping the lid closed on the kadai...
15. Open the lid and check whether the potatoe is boiled well
16. Add some spices like Cinnamon, Pattai, Krugapatta, Lavang patta, Chakke, Dalchini. Cloves, Grambu/ lavangam, Karayam Poo (Not necessarily all)
17. Add the Coconut + Badam mix and boil it...
18. Add some mint leaves or Coriander leaves + Curry Leaves...
19. Stop the stove when everything mixed well...
20. Serve it hot with some Chappathi or Paratta...
