Recently I came to know about a fact through some flight catering personnel... ie  The food which is served during flight journeys are minimum 3 to 6 months old.....preserved...  source is very reliable... You will think about it when you fly next time....

The recent gadget additions are Wii in september ... And an ipod Touch with double sided camera in november...
