Just thinking of a title something like Delhi-6. Every place and locality has a flavour to it. By hearing the locality name itself will remind you some aroma, taste, sound, people, color etc. If you say Chennai-18, its T-nagar, you can sense the shopping crowd, Chennai Silks, Lalita Jewellery, Toy shops over the parked cars in Pondy Bazaar, smell of Murugan Idly Kadai's onion uthappam and so on... If you tell Secundarabad, the first thing that i come to my sense is Paradaise biriyani. The word Andheri will remind us the crowded trains of mumbai & the Vada Pavs... Only very few places will touch all the senses...
Its been almost 4 months since i came to Gurgaon. I think i never been out of home(tamil nadu) so long when I am staying in the country itself. Something near to this period i stayed out was when i stayed in hyderabad. This time i wanted to be here for long time and test my patience or my eagerness to go back to home for some reasons. But this particular task was easy for me so far as my little twin nephews were here... Now after they left this place for the first time to see their mother land, I feel like lonely and empty....
The past 4 months has been an emotional rollercoaster for me... Going through lots of happiness and pressures at the same time. Working late hours and on week ends without much clarity keep on questioning me about the purpose of my life. But same time its a big diversion for me to worry about other things in the life. Today, after a long time suddenly i dont want to go back to home after i left the office by 9 PM. I just wanted to walk and felt tired of my cooking at home. So turned to the oposite site and walking towards the Sector 14 market. After a good walk of a furlong (still i am not sure how much meters constitute a furlong) i've reachd the Sector 14 market.
Suddenly i rememberd a eat-out which one of my friend suggested. Its called Madurai Fast Foods. Its a tamilian shop in a pulling cart. He makes Vada, Dosa and idlis. Dosa is very good with the typical south indian sambar and chutnies. Vada and Idly could be much better if it was hot. I have been to this place couple of times before. But i did not see this shop then. Suddenly i got a liking about this place. Inside this market almost we can spend a good complete one hour without much cost. It got different eat outs. Om sweets is the main attraction here. Outside of this shop, they sell Kulfis, Rasamalais, Chat items etc. Picked up a Kulfi stick here and started walking slowly. This place is a paradaise of pirates. Piracy is every inch of the market.... from DVDs to books to Clothes.... You will get almost all the english movies which are released in US last week. The speciality is you can check the DVDs by playing it in the Television they have and you can decide on purchase. Books of Paulo Coelho to Our Chetan Bhagat is everywhere in the platform. You can get a Addidas T-shirt for 250 bucks, Tommy Hilfiger shirt for 400 bucks etc. Pan shops, Juice shops, Chai Walas, Mehndi walas, couple of ATMs and their security guards are default things u can see here... Its kind of different from the big malls of Gurgaon. Even in this place also we can see many good looking gals....
I took a Meeta Pan and walking back to the main road to catch a share auto. I've played my favourite numbers in i-pod and wondering about the houses on that lane... Almost every house is a bungalow type without a big garden or lawn.... Atleast 2 storied buildings without the trace of much people inside.... When i saw the sky i could see the full round moon and I didn't feel the absence of street lights so far... I've automatically changed the song to "Virumaandi" album to play "Unnai Vida".... And i got the share auto ride for 5 bucks back to my house.. during the journey i was watching the moon by sitting next to the driver in the fron seat ... and changing the songs to "Uruguthay" from veyil, "Karuvaa paiyya" from thoothukudi, then to "Unnai Saranadainthen" from Thavamaai Thavamirunthu... By that song about to finish I've rached the house and changed to my night costumes....
Next? Sleeping only.... Good night...
